• Ruby Sessions - Acoustic club held weekly every Tuesday night in Doyles pub (across from the gates of Trinity college) of College Street, Dublin. Five euro in that goes to charity. Four acts.
• The Glór Sessions - Weekly, free admission open mic acoustic session every Monday. 9pm International Bar (downstairs), Wicklow Street, Dublin. Hosted by Stephen James Smith. • The Zodiac Sessions - Weekly, free admission open mic every Wednesday night. 8.30pm-1.30am Bruxelles (just off Grafton street). Contact before hand to get slot.
• Sunday Roast - Live music, games and free roast potatoes every Sunday night in The Mercantile, Dame St, Dublin city centre. Free admission.
• The Song Room - Weekly showcase for invited bands and artists every Wednesday. Free admssion. 8.30pm The Globe, George's Street, Dublin, 2. If you want to play contact TheSongRoom@gmail.com.
• Unplugged at the Pier - Every Friday night, 9pm. Free admission. Book a slot in advance by emailing unpluggedatthepier@live.com. Baby grand piano available to use. Hosted by Steve Clifford. RedRoom in the Pier House, 4 East Pier, Howth, Co. Dublin, Ireland.
• The MusicMediumLive Songwriter's Club - Free admission. Full PA system. Hosted by Tamala Clarke and Russell Hogg. Every second Monday. 8pm. Free Admission. Contact in advance to book a slot. Upstairs @ The Sweeney Mongrol (Le Cirk), 32 Dame Street, Dublin 2.

• The Darko Sessions - Last running April 2009(?). Bia Bar, 28/30 Lower Stephens Street , Dublin 2. 4 Acts perform a half hour set each. Solo acts and two piece groups. Contact webpage to play. Hosted by Mark Darko.
